Our Warranties

The following standard warranty applies to most lift products:

  • Mechanical components, including CSA/UL-listed pump and motor assembly, pulleys, hoses, and cables – two-year parts warranty.
  • All structural components – five-year parts warranty.
  • The cylinder assembly - lifetime parts warranty.

The warranties offered may vary by product. 

Commonly Asked Questions

What is not covered by the standard warranty?

  • Parts damaged due to lack of maintenance will not be covered. Lift parts that are consumable parts and will have to normally be replaced are not covered (ex. Rubber contact pads). Damage caused by improper installation or improper or excessive use will not be covered.

What if my lift needs maintenance and is under warranty?

  • When claiming maintenance needs under warranty, we recommend having your invoice to help us verify the date of purchase and correct model.

Many easy payment options are available when purchasing your equipment. We accept most major credit cards, and work with leasing companies to obtain monthly payment options that work for you.
